| Carlow University Students Get Visit From Pets With Heart |

Dogs' Visit Presented by Office of Health and Counseling as Stress Reliever for Students
Pittsburgh, Pa. As schoolwork begins to pile up on students' desks, stress can also pile up. Some special visitors to the Carlow University campus will help relieve midterm stress.
Pets with Heart, an outreach of the Sisters of St. Joseph, returns to Carlow University starting this Wednesday, January 30 at 12:30 p.m. They had previously visited the campus once last semester.
Sister Sharon Costello and Sister Pat Montini, founders of the program, will bring two dogs to Frances Warde Hall's Commuter Lounge, which is located on the third floor.
Buster, a two-year old Maltese, and Luca, a two-year old Golden Retriever, are the stars of the event. Both dogs have already received their Canine Good Citizenship Certificate. Luca also has her Therapy Dog Certificate, while Buster is still working on his.
Students will be stopping in on their way to and from class to pet and play with Buster and Luca. After Wednesday's event, the Maltese and Golden Retriever will return to Carlow on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
The event is presented by Carlow University's Office of Health and Counseling.
