Carlow University Names Deborah F. Graver to Board of Trustees
 
Fragasso Financial Advisors' President and Chief Operating Officer

Pittsburgh, Pa.  Carlow University has named Deborah F. Graver CFP®, CLU®, AIF®, the president and chief operating officer of Fragasso Financial Advisors, to its Board of Trustees.

"Ms. Graver will enrich Carlow's board with her expertise in finances, her enthusiasm for learning, and her commitment to service," said Dr. Mary Hines, president of Carlow University.

Graver earned her bachelor's degree in finance from the Pennsylvania State University. She later received her MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. She is securities registered through LPL Financial; licensed for insurance in the state of Pennsylvania; and is registered as an Investment Advisory Representative, Chartered Life Underwriter®, and Certified Financial PlannerTM.

As president and chief operating officer at Fragasso, Graver helps all of the firm's clients reach their goals by managing the daily operations and monitoring the quality assurance of all activities. As an experienced financial advisor, she also meets with select clients and prospective clients to evaluate their current financial situation, establish achievable long-term financial goals, and create a strategic plan to help them accomplish their goals. Her area of expertise includes risk management and estate planning.

Graver is an active board member of the Agency for Jewish Learning, a member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh's Funding Committee, Jewish Learning Commission, a member of Amen Corner, and the Pittsburgh Council for the Anti-Defamation League. She is also a participant in the National Young Leadership Cabinet of the Jewish Federation of America, and a member of the Young President's Organization. She previously serve on the Advisory Board for the Race for the Cure®, and as an honorary board member of the Homeless Children's Education Fund.

Graver is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh and the Coro Women in Leadership Program, and was honored in 2003 by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as one of "Pittsburgh's 50 Finest."
