Carlow University's Madwomen in the Attic Host Book Party and Reading
 

Voices from the Attic Volume XVII to be released February 17, 2012

Pittsburgh, Pa. - Carlow University's Madwomen in the Attic will host a book party and reading from their latest volume, Voices from the Attic Volume XVII, on February 17, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in Kresge Theatre, located on the fifth floor of Grace Library, on the Carlow campus.

The evening will begin with a reception and book sale at 7 p.m. The reading is at 7:30 p.m., and will feature readings by Jan Beatty, an English professor at Carlow; Sarah Williams-Devereux, a Carlow staff member and poet; as well as local poets and authors, Nancy Kirkwood, Evelyn Pierce, and Ellen McGrath Smith. Voices from the Attic is a publication of Carlow University. Both admission to the reading and parking for the event are free.
